A cute room with balconey but not really good for sound isolation cause the wall separating from the living room is very thin.You might hear a bit of noise during the meal time.Anyway, it's very quiet from 10pm until morning to have a good sleep. As I live myself in the flat and we share the same bathroom and kitchen, I won't accept men request.Booking from Monday to Friday is best for me - only for night time for this room. Deposit on your arrival of 150 e in exchange of keys and room cleaned.

The space
The flat is very clean and quiet. The balcony has the sight on a square. It s not far from the train station! where arrive connections from the airport as well. My guests felt very confortable in this room :-) - We make sure we don t stay in the kitchen and living room after 10.30 pm to respect the sleep of guests. The check out is at 8 am when I work, 8.30 during the winter. The room is convenient only for the night as I work just beside during the day.

By time, I became a french teacher and I can give private class for a decent price!
