My 39sqm apartment is on the top (5th) floor. It has one bedroom with a queen bed and wardrobe, a spacious living room with street views, a sofa bed, and dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine), a small bathroom and a separate toilet. There is high speed wifi and heating.

Neighborbood Overview:

The 2nd arrondissement is a great location - very central and well connected to public transport. It's a short walk or metro ride to everything thing you want to see in Paris. The surrounding streets are full of small local bars and restaurants, and the wonderful food, shopping and restaurant street Rue Montorgeuil is about a 5-10 minute walk. The street is pedestrianised on weekends.
