The flat: The apartment is on the 4th floor of a traditional Haussmann style building from the 19th century (with elevator). It has its original parquet flooring and molding on the ceiling. Exceptional for our time the marble chimney is still functional and offers a cozy fireplace in winter. The two bedrooms are separated by the living room. If you walk to the other end you’ll be on the most central Place de La République. In both case you can enjoy those popular places while still enjoying the the quietness of a small street.
