Wunderschöne und gemütliche Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen, im Herzen des 9. Bezirks!

Die Wohnung ist öffentlich sehr gut zu erreichen (2 U-Bahnlinien, mehrere Straßenbahn- und Busstationen in Gehweite).
In 10 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Bus den 1. Bezirk und damit das historische Zentrum Wiens, mit seinen Prachtbauten wie der Universität und dem Rathaus.
Es befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte sowie nette Bars und Restaurants in Gehweite und auch der im Sommer beliebte Donaukanal ist in der Nähe :-)

The space
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hell. Neben dem Schlaf- und Wohnraum mit Hochbett gibt es eine kleine, aber feine Küche, sowie ein Bad und ein getrennt begehbares WC. Auch die Waschmaschine kann benutzt werden.
