The middle floor is the main level of the villa with an open plan living room area with two sofa beds and a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. A bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub are available on this level.

An interior staircase leads to the top floor level, where two bedrooms with two single beds each, two en-suite bathrooms with a bathtub and sea view balconies are provided. Free wireless internet, air conditioning, a washing machine, iron and hairdryer are provided.
