The apartment is located in one of the famous shopping streets in Vienna - "Favoritenstrasse" where you can find banks, post offices, supermarkets, restaurants ,fast food chains ,fitness center, bakeries, markets, clothing shops and etc.

If you would like to buy and cook your own meals, you can get fresh vegetables, groceries and fruits at reasonable prices in Viktor-Adler-Markt. It is one of the farmers markets with no tourists (more local people compared to Naschmarkt where the prices are more for the tourists ) , cheap prices and multicultural district. You can find different restaurants in the Viktor-Adler-Market such as Turkish, Chinese, Bakeries, Viennese and etc.

Famous ice-cream shop - "TICHY" is reachable by foot or by taking 1 station Subway to U1 Reumannplatz. The "cannot be missed" ice-cream that invented by them is the Eis-Marillen-Knoedel (an ice-cream version of the Austrian apricot Dumpling dish).
