Welcome to my beautiful 55m2 Viennese apartment in an old building with high ceilings, elegant double doors and parquet floors. The apartment is a perfectly equipped home for a short vacation, home office or for longer stays. But what I particularly love about this apartment is its accessibility and proximity to both the lively center and the tranquility of the Schönbrunn Palace Park.

The space
The old building style is characterized by a large room height (3.5 meters), stucco work on the ceilings and a crystal chandelier.
The bedroom has a comfortable bed (1.60 x 2 meters) and a large closet. In the living room a comfortable sofa, smart TV.

In addition to all the equipment, there are goodies: Nespresso machine with milk frother, yoga mat and Netflix. ;-)

Guest access
Approx. 100 stairs lead to the apartment - there is no elevator. Please let me know your arrival time. You will be met personally at the apartment.
