The space
Fabrica Residence is a fully renovated house based on the traditional Cretan building concept!
The name “Fabrica” comes from the building's origins as an oil mill until 1958. It's stone-wood built and it takes you back to a different age!

The house is a 100m2 maisonette with a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, one living room and one bedroom.
On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, the dining area and the living room with a lovely traditional fireplace.
