It is with pleasure that I will share my charming apartment located in the heart of the city.

Located along the Brussels Canal in the "Quays district", the apartment is close to many emblematic cultural sites (Kanal-Centre Pompidou, Kaaitheater, Tour&Taxis, the Flemish Royal Theater, the old Docks of the City, Sainte-Catherine square & the Dansaert district, ...) and is 10-15 minutes walk from the Grand Place and the touristic centre.

The space
Spacious and bright, my apartment is located in a historic Art-Deco building (J. LEGEAR-1924) with a view on the canal which crosses the city. The apartment has been recently completely renovated. It combines comfort and authenticity in the heart of downtown Brussels. Minimalist and full of greenery, my urban garden is the perfect place to start your journey, feel the soul of the city and discover the “Brussels way of life”. It is the district of the old port of Brussels, which was for a long time the heart of the city. The neighbourhood also includes the Béguinage of Brussels, with the church of Saint John the Baptist and the remarkable Grand Hospice Pachéco.

After walking just a few minutes from the appartment, you'll reach the chic Dansaert neighborhood . Named for its main street, Rue Antoine Dansaert, it roughly comprises Place St.-Géry to the southwest (a super-cool bar at every turn) and Place Ste.-Catherine to the east (stylish clubs and seafood bistros; a sweet outdoor food and flower market).
