We bought the house a couple of years ago, and are happy to live in, spending winter time inside, at the fireplace and during summer in the garden, with no vis-a-vis. This house is ideal for families with small kids, or teanagers. The house is not available for friends city trips. Xavier, our tenant, leave at the third floor, since more than 10 years, he's discreet, and only shares the general staircase. Same for the guest of the second floor, a person we know and trust in.

It is split in three floors, the main floor with 3 rooms in a row, the living room with the television including a convertible sofa for 2, and an american kitchen, garden and terrace, at the back, with no vis-a-vis. The large main bathroom, and the adjacent closet, are between floors with view on the garden. At the first floor, the matrimonial room and adjacent private bathroom have view on the garden.
