We are renting out a room in a spacious apartment in an old building in Vienna’s beautiful and central 7th district, right behind the famous Rathaus (Vienna’s Town Hall).
The flat is located in a charming quiet street. The room oversees the green garden on the inside of the building and is very sunny and quiet.

The space
The room features a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe.
The room has a personal door with a lock (through the garden’s balcony), so you do not need to cross the entire apartment.

Guest access
Nevertheless, you are also being offered shared living room and a fully equipped shared kitchen with us, a young couple working and studying in Vienna. This means that most of the time we are also not going to be in the apartment. In addition, you get a personal bathroom, which is right next to your room.
