We are a family who loves traveling, walking, cooking, & exploring other countries. We want to rent our appartment while we are on holidays. It is situated between Augarten and Prater in an area which has existed since 1671. The up-and-coming Taborstrasse district is not even 10 minute’s walk from the Old Town center. The flat is very convenient for traveling friends, couples & for familly with kids. His 18th century wall keep very fresh the appartment during summer. No need air conditionning !

The space
The appartment settles in a 300 yrs old baroque building classified, all renovated, situated in the up-and-coming 2nd district. Very quiet and keep cool during summer. The house was built in the 18th century. It is a listed building with the original windows and wall from that time. You have to love the charm of the old building to appreciate this house. Mozart must have passed by it when he decided to walk in the Prater or Augarten.

Our apartment is very central and yet in a quiet area between city and parks !
Taborstrasse is an old district (400 years old) with a fabulous market : Karmelitermarkt into one of Vienna’s most exciting neighborhoods.
The nearest shop is 50 m from home.
When it's very hot outside, you can easily walk in the Prater (5 min walk from home) or rent a bike in order to discover Vienna or Danube (10 min with bike from home). We have a city bike station 100 m from home or a bike renting shop in the street ! It's where you can rent an electric bike !

- City center with historical museums, art galleries, music houses, theaters, multi-national cuisine restaurants, classic coffee houses, Graben, Stefansdom 15 min walk or 5 min with U2
