Welcome in the "Quartier Saint Pierre" located between the Cathedral, the River, Quartier Saint Paul and the Grand Theatre. In my opinion, it's one of the best place for a short stay in Bordeaux.
You are in the middle of the lovely historical city-center (rated UNESCO World Heritage).
Lot of students and young couples live there. The whole area is pedestrianized and full of charming squares and mazy narrow pretty streets - all very lively and full of little boutiques, bars, terraces and restaurants. The quartier Saint Pierre is basically the perfect area to wander, socialize and enjoy an espresso or a glass of wine on sunny terraces.
