We are happy to offer you our freshly renovated budget studio, which is just in 2 min by tram from one of the Prague's central district, called Smíchov.
Modern apartment decorated in cheerful colours is fully equipped. The window looks into quiet courtyard so you don’t have to worry about noise from busy street. The kitchenette is small, but well equipped – you will find here an electric stove, fridge, microwave and all utensils. Cozy bathroom has a bath tub, washing machine and toilet.

The space
The studio is on the 2nd floor (the ground floor doesn't counted) in the building without the elevator. Though the tram stop is just in front of the entrance, the studio itself is very quiet (the window faces the inner yard), but of course you will have a bit of usual noise like in every living building :)

The studio has been recently completely renovated. The furniture and home appliances are all new, and the apartment is clean and orange :)

This cozy one-bedroom apartment can be found in Smichov, Prague district that is located on the left bank of the river Vltava. Just five-minute walk from the apartment is park Husovy sady which leads to hill Černý vrch and provides great place for relaxation and sport. Within ten minutes of walking you can get to the neoclassical mansion Bertramka where Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was staying for some time. Worth mentioning is also walking distance to the Kinsky gardens and Petřín tower - the smaller Czech version of the Eiffel Tower.
