The apartment is only 10 minutes walk to the Charles Square (Faust House and metro station), as well as the Dancing House and the Vltava river (Live embankment Náplavka and Cubist buildings from architects Chochol and Hodek). It is only 18 minutes walk to Wenceslas Square and to Vyšehrad.
There are many good typical restaurants and markets in the surronding area (Lidl, Tesco Express). The nearest large shopping center (Palladium Praha) is about 12 minutes by tram.
