Typique petite échoppe bordelaise avec jardin/terrasse de 30m2. Très bien situé dans un quartier très agréable (Fondaudège/Saint-Seurin), très proche de l'hypercentre (10 min à pied ou 5 min à vélo), nombreux commerces de proximité. Idéal pour un couple ou couple avec un enfant (lit simple dans le salon + possibilité de lit bébé). Logement très calme, agréable et fonctionnel.

The space
L'échoppe a été refaite très récemment ce qui en fait un lieu très agréable car très, propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons décoré l'intérieur afin d'en faire un espace très chaleureux et confortable. La grande terrasse et le fait qu'elle ne donne pas sur rue en fait un lieu très calme et reposant en pleine ville.
