The house has direct access to the water for a swim. Two kayaks and life wests are available. Busstop 500 meters from the house, and free parking close by.

The boathouse is 100 m2. It has a wooden terrace and a bridge for anchoring boats. There is a kitchen, a bathroom, a livingroom and three bedrooms.
