Vesterbro is a vibrant and lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. During the summer months this part of Copenhagen comes alive and the streets of Sønder Boulevard and Istedgade are places where people go to hang out in the sun and enjoy themselves. The old Meat District is especially known for its food and drinks and night life. Absalon Church is also a place to go (few hundred meters from the apartment), which serves food and drinks from early morning and in the evening. After a nice meal and some drinks, it is recommended to have a nice game of table tennis inside the church!
