Der er adgang til lejligheden samt den tilhørende altan. Desuden kan man benytte den fælles gård, hvor man skal være opmærksom på gårdreglerne, der hænger ved skraldeskurene.

Skrald kan sorteres og afleveres nede i gården, ved de to skraldeskure.
