Huset I skal bo i er fra 1924, en hvid patriciervilla, som vi købte for 2 år siden og nu er i gang med at renovere.

På 2. salen af huset befinder sig din bolig, som kun bruges til udlejning.

Sundbyøster på Amager er et roligt og charmerende kvartér. Meget tæt på strand og metro og i cykelafstand til centrum. Der er mange fine, gamle huse blandet med lejlighedskomplekser, som til sammen giver en helt stemning af villakvarter tæt på København.

Der er særdeles gode muligheder for at besøge op til 7 offentlige legepladser i gå-afstand på boligen. Amager Strandpark er 900 meter fra huset og kan betage enhver på alle årstider! Desuden kan romantiske Christianshavn nås på 10 min med metro/bus/cykel/bil.

Boligen ligger lige ved Amager Hospital og busstoppested, så det er altid oplyst og trygt at komme til boligen på alle tider af døgnet.

Amager Strand Metro station er 7 minutters gåtur fra boligen og fra den nås Københavns Lufthavn på bare 6 min. Nørreport st. er 12 min med metroen.

Travel Details from the host -> I am a Danish woman, living together with my husband and all together 4 children. We have recently bought a big house in the wonderful part of Copenhagen, called Amager! It´s fantastic place, because you have the metro, the busses, the beach and you can go the center of Copenhagen in 15 minutes by bicycle. We love it! The house has a 2. floor with a nice 40 square meters apartment, which we´ve just renovated for renting out. It´s a completely independent apartment, but the hallway you share with our family. There can be children in the hallway and some talking, but we'll of course try to make your stay as smooth as possible. We renovating the hole house, which will only make your stay here better. You´ll have the possibility of free parking just next to the house - just let us know in advance. If you are arriving from the airport, it takes only 6 minutes with the metro to Amager Strand Metro Station, which is 7 minutes walking from the house. The bus leaves every 15 minute just outside the house. From there you can for example go the Copenhagen Central Station directly. You can check in at all time without calling anyone. There' s of course free wifi in the apartment. Let us know, if you have any kind of questions, we'll do our best to give you a quick answer.
