Également proche des facultés et à 700m du centre de Pessac (cinéma, marché, restaurants, commerces).
L'entrée est complètement indépendante et vous pouvez arriver à n'importe quelle heure grâce à une boîte à clés.

Appartement de 2 pièces avec terrasse. Chambre avec velux et salle d'eau ouverte, sans portes (sauf pour les toilettes). Attention, pour l'instant, il n'y a pas non plus de porte entre la chambre et le séjour.
