Our house is our primary residence. It is therefore more suitable for a large family than a group of adults. It is located in a quiet area, close to amenities, 5 km from Bordeaux (access tram C at 500m), 4 km from the sources of Caudalie.

It can be inhabited by 10 people max in the summer in our absence.
The pool is secure but we want children to know how to swim.

Attention: We leave our 2 cats (living in the garden) and 4 hens (food provided)

The space
The paved driveway allows you to park 3 vehicles on the property. The garden of 1200 m2 is wooded and not overlooked. A carport allows you to play ping pong even if it is raining.

The North terrace offers outdoor furniture and a small heated swimming pool and 5x3m salt filtration.
The south terrace is covered with a table for 10 people with integrated barbecue.

A bedroom with a double bed on the mezzanine adjoins this terrace.
