Very old area is around - it used to be colony named "Opatovice" (that why street is called Opatovicka). St. Michaels church stays in place, where was a temple/sanctum in 1115. Church 1375, tower was placed in 1717. You can feel the atmosphere all around.

Other things to note
Just In the ground floor is "cafe rybka" (check the photo on net). Super Cafe with a lot of books for reading. They have their own entrance and your terrace is to back courtyard - dont worry of noice. And they also do breakfast for several EUR. ;-)
