Nice room with a confortable double bed, televison, table and chair. The room has a wardrobe. Kitchen and bathroom to share. The apartment is situated only 2’ walking from the metro station. You will stay in the best neighbourhood of the city, close to restaurants, bars and the city center.

The space
The building is from 1900 and the flat is not modern with futuristic furniture, but its cozy, colourful and warm. Cleanliness is a important factor for us. Specially because we are allergic to dust.

You are more than welcome to sit in the living room with our family and chat and play with the kids. We share kitchen and bathroom.
