Newly renovated, independent space in the funky, historical Saint Michel neighborhood. Private room, bathroom and kitchen area. The apartment is centrally located, just a 15 minute walk from the Saint Jean train station (2 tram stops), but away from the tourist crowd. Live like a local in this bohemian area, known for cultural events, a fabulous farmers market, boutique shops and great food. We hope you enjoy!

The space
There is WIFI, lots of closet space, a kitchen nook, a newly renovated bathroom, and a comfortable double futon bed. And it's ground level, so no stairs to lug up heavy suitcases! A great space to rest your feet after a day spent exploring Bordeaux.

The apartment is located in the cultural heart of the city, Saint Michel. It is right next to the rue Camille Sauvageau, a particularly charming street with cafes and boutiques.
There are several live music venues in the area, many bistros, cafes and brunch spots are within a 5 minute walk, and the National Theatre of Bordeaux and Aquitaine is just around the corner (TNBA). The Sainte Croix and Saint Michel churches are well worth a visit as well as climbing the Fleche, a historic spire with a great view of the city.
My favourite spot in the area is the Capucins farmers market. This Bordeaux gem is open 6 days a week and is THE place to buy local goodies and have a drink while taking in the local scene.
