L’appartement est situé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur.
La chambre donne sur cour d’une école primaire, un calme absolu. Vous trouverez un lit king size (160x200) et un grand dressing.
La salle de bain se trouve dans la chambre : elle est composé d’une grande douche italienne ainsi qu’un sèche serviette. Un fer à repasser est également disponible à votre disposition.

La pièce principale est très lumineuse et donne sur la rue, vous pourrez admirer la tour Pey Berlan depuis la fenêtre.
