Idéalement situé au début de l'avenue Thiers, à deux pas de la place Stalingrad et du pont de Pierre. Au coeur du quartier Bastide, à 15 minutes à pied de Darwin, très beau T2, au 2 eme étage et dernier étage. Confortable et charmant c’est le pied à terre idéal pour séjourner à Bordeaux !
Parfaitement équipé car cet appartement est mon logement principal (TV, bouilloire, grille pains, four, lave vaisselle, machine à laver, literie neuve...), il n’attend plus que vous ! :)

The space
L'appartement est un petit T2 que j'habite, il est donc très bien équipé notamment pour une personne de grande taille, il possède un lit en 140 cm x 200 cm. La cuisine est tout équipée : lave vaisselle, frigo congélateur ... un petit coin lecture et tv vous permettra de vous reposer.
