The loft, with a surface area of 50 m2, located at the back of the house, is air-conditioned and offers a living room with TV and video projector, a wood-burning stove, two bedrooms and a private bathroom.
The entrance is through the non-private part of the house but without any inconvenience.

10 min by bus from the train station, close to buses, 7 min walk from the tram, 30 min walk from the centre of Bordeaux.
