The center is only 15 min and the famous Naschmarkt (market where you can find fresh local food everyday except Sunday, furniture, clothing and miscellaneous on Saturdays) 5 min by foot. With public transportation you can reach the Opera in less than 5 min.

The space
The flat is very spacious (90 m2) and exceptionally quiet, since it is located by a big, green, replenishing courtyard (Innenhof). We just renovated the kitchen and bought a new couch, so it’s very clean and cosy. We are both artists who enjoy a very singular and tasteful decor. We are on the second floor. The neighborhood is most certainly one of the nicest in Vienna, there are many small restaurants and cafes around. It is a cool and open residential area from where you can walk to all major museums of the city or take the U-Bahn 20 minutes and go swim in the Danube!
