This sunny classic Viennese flat with a big living room, fully equipped kitchen and small bathroom offers comfortable sleep on a large double bed and all of this just 10 min away from the city center (St Stephan Cathedral) with the U1 metro line.

The space
It is clean and tidy, fully equipped and has enough space to host max. 3 guests. The flat (35 square meters) has a big living room with a large double bed, dining table & small sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a small bathroom with a toilet. Large windows guarantee a lot of daylight.

A small tube of shower gel, liquid soap and towels are provided. If needed, the additional toilet paper is behind the toilet seat.

Kitchen
You can use the equipment in the kitchen including oven, kettle, fridge, stand mixer, radio etc. Let us know if you want to use the wash machine. Please, do not use our private items, cloths, food and cosmetics.

The place is located in the multicultural district of Favoriten, near a freshly renovated church surrounded by a small garden, yet very central area in the heart of the shopping street and 10 min away from the city center by the underground line U1. The house was built in the XIX century and has very high rooms (classical style).

There are plenty of shops, banks, post office, fitness studio, swimming pool (Amalienbad) with sauna just a few minutes walking distance from the apartment.
Just at the corner (turn left when you leave the house) you can find a small convenience shop with bakery opened also on Sundays until 10 pm. If you want to make bigger shopping - at the main train station (10 min walking distance or 1 station with the underground) there are bakeries and shops where you can buy groceries (also on weekends).

There is a very famous and delicious icecream café TICHY at the Reumannplatz – approx. ten minutes on foot from the apartment – must go!
Travel Details from the host -> I am scientist on a daily basis, I like to play around with tiny creatures that you cannot see by the naked eye :) I spend my free time on active traveling and sport activities. I do run a lot - mostly trail, I love snowboard in winter and cycling, tennis and diving in summer. Non-smoker, kinda healthy life style enthusiast ;).
