This place was built by my father for us (his children) as to have a small place to come on the summer. The house is not extremely big but it contains everything you might need. It combines very good quality standard with reasonable prices, which make it the perfect getaway place for couples or friends. Each and every single object is either new or well-reserved and the apartment overall has been recently renovated

Apartment Rose is located right at the heart of Chora of Serifos. In a short distance from the house one can find a super market, bakeries, a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias and bars to choose from, as well as a medical center.
The house is easily accessible either by car or following a small alley of approximately 3 minutes walk from the central square of Chora.

A walk in the little alleys of Chora will take you into a beautiful encounter with amazing vistas and photographic landscapes. The highest point of the village which constitutes also a point of historical interest, is where the church of Agios Kostantinos and the old castle are.
