This flat is very open and generous with lovely colours.
The kitchen and dining area is just beside the living room - only separated with a small wall 1 m high. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds but you have to go through (cotton bed linen). Comfortable and cosy.
You can directly walk into the garden and sit on a nice iron sitting ensemble.
You have a washing machine and a dishwasher as well as all kitchen utensils to cook and drink good coffee. Calm atmosphere.
No cats please.

The space
It is one of the best districts of Vienna. Close to the innercity (20 min. by tram) and in the green part of Vienna.
The typical "Heurigen" to drink a glass of vine are in walking distance.
The little street is very calm and there are famous houses, one of architect hoffmann 1926 the "villa knips" just vis a vis and the "zacherlfabrik" in a few meters distance.
