This beautiful and comfy flat is situated in the heart of the 9th district and is easily reached by public transport (there is 2 metro-stations, as well as several tram- and busstations within 5 minutes walkway).

The 1st district, the historical center of Vienna, is only a 10 minute busride away and all major sights, such as Schönbrunn Palace can comfortably be reached with the two metro lines U4 and U6.

There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around.

The space
The apartment is cozy and bright. In the living room, there is a loftbed, which offers space for 2 people, as well as a sofa, that can also be used as a bed (if you prefer to sleep down there, or if you are 3 people).
There is also a small kitchen, where you can prepare homecooked meals, and a bathroom with shower, and separate from that a WC.

The 9th district is a fabulous mix between a student and an upper-middle-class district. There is tons of cool alternative bars, including an amazing craft brewery, but also fancy cocktailbars and restaurants for all tastes and needs (tibetan, vietnamese, american, and of course viennese).
A typical viennese hang-out place in Summer, the Donaukanal, which offers a wide variety of cafés and bars is just a 10 minutes walk away.
There is also a big supermarket around the corner, if you just want to get some groceries and cook in the flat.
