Hello everyone, I gladly make my apartment available for rent. It is a newly renovated, cosy apartment with a big bathtub (I love it!). Although it is situated not far away from the city center, it is very quiet here due to the windows facing the courtyard and because of the soundproof wall I have constructed recently with the neighbors on the left.
