The villa is located in the area of Akrotiri - Otzia and is about 8 minutes by car from the port of the island, 3 minutes from the beach of Otzia and 5 minutes from the picturesque Marina of Vourkari, with its cafes, taverans and bars.

The villa is 160sq meters and is part of a small complex of 4 villas in total, each one completely independent, private and with its own swimming pool. The villa has a main house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there are also 2 guests houses with bathrooms.

Beaches- Koundouraki (to the south), Otzia (to the north), Gialiskari (to the west), Xyla (to the west) and Spathi (to the East), Pisses (to the south west), are all organized sandy beaches. At Koundouraki and Spathi they also have water sports. Of course there are many more beaches that you can go to by car (all sandy) Kalidonixi, Orco, Sikamia, Psili Ammos and the list goes on. If you want to explore some of the secluded beaches, then a boat is needed.
