The the old city center of Vienna is a 10 Minute walk away and public transportation is basically in front of the door. The famous Hundertwasser House is just around the corner as well as a bakery.

The space
From the balcony you can see over a small Park directly on to the Palais des Beaux Arts. Although needing some renovation, it is gorgeous and typical for Vienna with its high ceilings and large rooms. The inventory has been decribed as artsy and harmonious.
The neighborhood, with several sightseeing options next door, is great to have a short walk along the river.
