The place is conveniently located in the so-called "European area" (300m from Schuman square). It can host up to 2 persons.
The place is rented for a minimum of 2 weeks. However, my preference goes to a monthly rent, hence a substantial monthly discount.

The space
There are 4 flats in the house. The flat concerned is located on the third and upper floor. 1 living room with kitchenet , 1 separate bedroom , 1 small bathroom behind curtain . Total surface is +/- 40m². Fully furnished and equipped.

Guest access
The house is shared by 3 other tenants, mostly staying for mid terms (6 to 12 months). Mostly young professionals, interns, sometimes students.
