The house is on the seafront at a quiet area at the beginning of Stalis Village (600 meters) . It has easy access to the highway and a plethora of activities nearby.

The space
This was a summer house for my parents ,the property has a big house (surrounded from a big veranda)on top of two separate suites with private garden. Each apartment has its own private space and access, fully equipped with everything you need from a cottage suite .Sound isolation was an important part of the design and you'll feel comfort in the silence of your apartment, except if you choose to relax with the sounds of the sea waves by opening your front door. The suite is located at a quiet area at the end of Malia bay and has an amazing view from the sunrise to the sunset.

in area-Stalida, Greece

Placed at the west edge of Stalida, these apartments are among a much less crowded area as other rentals. It is very quiet here and during the night you will barely hear any noise from passing cars or pedestrians, just the waves and maybe some crickets. The beach is rocky but with a wooden platform installed. The waters are crystal clear most of the time because of the rocky beach but also the absence of the waves compared to the main Stalida and north Cretan beaches because of the East facing.
