The house is located in Asfendiou, a picturesque and quiet village near Zia and Dikaios mountain. It was built in 1923 and has been renovated in a way to combine both traditional and modern style. The terrace overlooks the Aegean Sea and gives a great sunset view. It is around 25 min. away from Kos town and 20 min. away from the airport. You can reach the beach only by car in 10-15 min.
In any case, renting a vehicle of your choice is highly recommended to make the best of your stay in Kos.

Other things to note
*Since the terrace has no handrail, the house is not appropriate for kids under 12 years old.
* The double bed has length 1.90 meters, please take that into consideration in case you are taller than this.
