The house has a perfect location,up to the hill,between the city of chania(4km)and platanias (5km) to the west...Our property is an independent apartment with privacy,many flowers,some orange-lemons trees,and olive groves..the house is new construcion of 2018...Outside has a table with two chairs under the olive trees,and on the balcony as well,inside the house has a bedroom with double bed,aircondition,and a living room with a sofa...The kitchen has coffemaker,toaster and all kitchen items..

with walking distance you will find a pharmacy(300m) two big super markets (300m) the bus station (250m) before the beach of agioi apostoloi many taverns and a lovely park where you can enjoy walking,running,jogging,relaxing e.tc. at 400m after the park has many other beach like golden and iguana...
