The location of the apartment is super convenient- 4min walk to the undergroud U3 (station Johnstraße), 15 min with the underground to Stephansplatz right in the center of Vienna. Within 5 minutes walk you have different supermarkets, restaurants, bars and all shops you might need. Also check out the daily indoor-market at "Meiselmarkt". The building is located on a quiet side street, all windows are directed to the yard - so sleeping with open windows feels like staying in the countryside.
For sports there are several parks just around the corner like e.g. Schönbrunn gardens. So even sightseeing at Schönbrunn palace is just a 15 minutes walk away.
