The flat is located on the second floor (USA: third floor) on a quiet street in the green residential area of Wilrijk. Both bedrooms face the street but there's very little traffic.

It's bright and cozy. No upstairs neighbors.

The living areas are in a large open-space design so you can walk freely from the kitchen through the dining area and into the living room.

There is no elevator, no TV and no microwave.
