The apartment with two large rooms, kitchen/hallway, bathroom and toilet is located in a beautiful house from late 19th century. Simple, but carefully chosen furniture from different decades of the 20th century provide for an individual and at the same time cosy atmosphere.

The space
The bedroom is provided with a comfortable double bed for two persons, a large wardrobe and a writing desk. The extendible sofa in the living room can be used as a bed for two additional persons. Please be aware, that you can enter the bedroom only from the living room. The living room comprises an extra wardrobe and a large dining table for six persons.
If requested I can provide guests with an additional guestbed or a babybed.

The flat is situated in one of Vienna’s most popular quarters for living. Well known sights such as the famous Naschmarkt or the Secession can be reached by foot as well as some small theatres, cinemas or Mariahilfer Straße, Vienna’s largest shopping mile. In this area Viennese live, work, go out and go for shopping. It takes about 20 min per foot to the Staatsoper and 30 min to Stephansplatz. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find supermarkets, small cafés and traditional Viennese restaurants, called “Beisl”.
