The apartment is located in the old part of Kolymbari. The rooms are newly renovated.
The district is a 15-minute walk away from numerous restaurants, a bakery, cafes and the supermarket. It is a 20-minute walk to the extensive and natural sandy beach. The house is renovated in the old style. The streets of the district are not accessible by car and therefore the village area is a perfect place to relax and chill. The parking lot is a 5 minute walk from the house.

The space
On the ground floor: Kirchen and dinnig table, living room with internet TV, bedsofa for two and bathroom with shower/toilette.
First floor: two rooms each with double bed/drawer and terrace, bathroom with shower, toilette and Washington machine.
The outside terrace is spacy with barbecue and deckchairs.

Guest access
A private, sunny balcony is availavle. Furthermore a large terrace is available for sunbathing.

The place reminds very much of the venetian/turkish time of crete. It's a quiet place to relax. Puplic transportation is just a 10/15 minutes walk away. The Olive groves sourround the village and in the neighborhood live very friendley local people. Most of them have their garden in the hills arround where they harvest all kind of fruits and vegetables. The place may be starting point for various hikes if you like.
