The apartment houses all the necessary comfort and amenities. The bedrooms has a double bed (with many pillows), there is storage space & blinding (curtains and sun screen).

In the living room you can find an L-shaped sofa, lounge chair, coffee table, TV cabinet with storage space, TV, dining table and sideboard. You can enjoy a snack and / or drink on the adjacent terrace overlooking the park.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with American fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, tableware, pans / pots, cutlery, dishwasher... So you can use the kitchen for cooking, if you leave it cleaned up afterwards.

Only a few minutes away from the centre of Antwerp by tram. Easy access per PT, also by bus. By bike it takes about 20 minutes to reach the heart of town. The nearby highway gives you easy access to the rest of the country.

The Rivierenhof is right across the street and is wonderful to walk or run through (at least 20km running tracks).

Within a radius of max. 500 m you will find all major supermarkets (Delhaize, Aldi, Colruyt, Lidl). Restaurants and snack bars also within walking distance.
