Room for rent in a beautiful and bright 3-room flat with a nice balcony. The flat will be shared with me, but the rooms are well separated through the big living room. It is very quite and there is a hammock on the balcony. The flat is in direct connection to Schloss Schönbrunn, Westbahnhof with Mariahilfer Straße and the Naschmarkt.

The space
Eine saubere, helle Wohnung in bester Lage mit großem Balkon und geräumigem Badezimmer. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind gemeinsam zu nutzen. Handtücher, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden und können mit verwendet werden.

The flat is clean and very bright in a good neighbourhood. The living room, balcony and kitchen are shared. You can use my towels and coffee mashine and if you want to wash your clothes, there is a washing mashine (each for a small tip :)).
