Pennys Modern Rooms consist of two beautiful and modern apartments, located in the heart of the old town of Chania. Surrounded by quiet and picturesque alleys, whose tranquility and beauty can be enjoyed either from the balcony or from the outside of the ground floor. Combining the location as it is in the centre of the city, as well as the quietness of the road, will give you the ultimate experience of your holidays in Chania.

The space
This is a maisonnette on the ground floor, which can accommodate up to 3 people. Features an open plan living room with a kitchen, dining area, a living room with sofa that can be a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower. There is an internal staircase leading to the bedroom, where there is a double bed, wardrobe and TV. Outside there is a table and chairs in a quiet side street of the old town.
