On the veranda facing west, there is a built in BBQ place where you can cook and enjoy the magnificent view of Antiparos and the sunset.
The beach is 800m from the house and the nearest bus stop is just 150m away.
The famous kitesurfing spot at Pounda is just 800m from the house.

You have the entire house for yourself. You can go to the garden and pick your own apples,pears,peaches,figs,lemons and oranges directly from the trees (depending on the season, some may not be available). You can also pick your vegetables, like tomatoes,eggplants etc..
And last you can also enjoy the grapes when they are ripe.

For watersport enthusiasts we recommend the two surf clubs on the beach of Pounda which is less than 10min with the bike or 5min with a car from the house. There you can take lessons in kite and windsurfing, ride the tubes or just enjoy a cocktail by the beach and listen to some music.
