Nice duplex, spacious and very well located
Situated in ancient entrepot, on the 1st and second floor, on the back of a building
All trasports (bus, tram, metros, train) are down the street.
You'll be 20 min walking from the city, and 10 min in trams
If you come by car, it's easy to park in our street, but you'll have to take an abonnement through the commune (20 euros/a week)

The space
Our flat is 230 square meter.
On the first floor : a huge room with terrasse to have dinner outside when it's sunny, kitchen, living room, dining room + a bathroom/toilets
2nd floor : open library + 1 parent room/desk ; teenage girl room (king size bed) ; teenage boy double bed room (one part for the double bed+ one part for his desk and lounge space) + friends bedroom (one ou double bed) + bathroom/toilets

We'll have the all flat. 4 rooms, 4 beds + sofas in the living room. Ideal for family, and friends.

Our flat is spacious and quiet. It's located in a small and quiet street, near Midi station (direct from both zaventem and charleroi airport). You can easily reach very destination, all transports are down the street.
On sunday, there is a big market on midi station square, very typical. Saint Gilles, with all is cafés and artists is 15 min walking aswell.
