Recently renovated apartment in a nice spot close to the beach and close to city center. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed+ 2single beds) and can accommodate up to 4 people.The common space has an a/c unit whereas the rooms have fans. It is suitable for families and couples and group of friends. It has an entrance leading to the spacious kitchen/ dining area. There is also a patio which is accessible via both bedrooms and the kitchen.

The apartment is situated in a very practical spot because it is about 2 km from the centre of town. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment for Chania and opposite the road for Souda Bay. There are 2 supermarkets in a range of 200m either side of the apartment,a bakery where you can get fresh bread daily(except Sundays) and other delicacies is also opposite the supermarket, a pharmacy, hairdresser, pastry shop and an organic products outlet.A new fresh fish shop is also available where you can also have your meal cooked for you.
Η στάση του λεωφορείου βρίσκεται ακριβώς έξω απ'τό διαμέρισμα (με κατεύθυνση προς Χανια ή Σούδα) .Υπάρχουν δύο σουπερμαρκετ αριστερά και δεξιά απ'τό διαμέρισμα, ένα μίνι μάρκετ (24ωρο), φούρνος, φαρμακείο, σουβλατζίδικο ,κατάστημα με βιολογικά προιόντα και κομμωτήριο.Απεναντι από το διαμέρισμα υπάρχει ένα νέο ψαροπωλειο που μπορείτε να διαλέγετε αυτό που επιθυμείτε και να σας το μαγειρεψουνε .
